ARE YOU VEGAN?
Our products are 100% vegan!

HOW DO YOU COLOUR YOUR ICING/FROSTING?
We use all Vegan food colourings.

WHAT KINDS OF DAIRY SUBSTITUTIONS DO YOU BAKE WITH?
We use soy, rice, almond and coconut milk in lieu of cow’s milk.

WHAT KIND OF SWEETENERS DO YOU USE FOR SUGAR FREE CAKES?
We use agave nectar (a sweetener derived from cactus).  Although Agave Nectar syrup is known to be a healthful, low glycemic alternative for some with diabetes, it is not safe for everyone. Each sugar conscious customer should consult their GP.

WHAT KIND OF FATS DO YOU USE?
We use two types of oil: non-GMO rapeseed oil, coconut oil, and dairy free fats.

ARE YOU NUT FREE?
NO, we cannot claim to be nut free because we bake with Coconut Oil and our gluten-
free flours are made from a variety of nuts and rice. We also use nuts in some of our cakes. Always speak to us before placing any orders. All gluten free products, egg free and vegan produce are manufactured in a kitchen where these allergens have previously been.  All equipment is washed and ingredients are stored to avoid cross contamination but we cannot guarantee any of our products are 100% free from.

IS THERE CORN IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
NO

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CUPCAKES?

If the cupcakes stay sealed in a container, they will stay fresh at least three to four days, but can last even longer!!

HOW SHOULD WE STORE OUR CUPCAKES?

Store in cool dry conditions, many of our customers freeze them if they need to store them for weeks or months at a time.  Some people like to refrigerate their cupcakes, but this can often dry out your baked goods. Use your discretion with this method of storage.

HOW DO WE THAW THE CUPCAKES?

Take the cupcakes out of the container used for storage and transfer them to a fresh container to prevent excess condensation. Leave the cupcakes sealed in the fresh container on the countertop for 1-2 hours.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service at the moment.

*Disclaimer* We take your allergies and sensitivity to certain foods very seriously. While our products are carefully crafted in a facility that is not food-allergen free, we maintain our dedication to keeping our ingredients and utensils sealed and separate. For your safety, we have established an allergen prevention plan that we follow every time we bake our products. Our kitchen regularly prepares items with peanuts, and gluten and other allergens, we therefore, cannot say we are 100% nut-free or gluten-free.
